Workflow not working after installing Service Pack 1for SharePoint  2013
Issue: Workflow not working after installing Service Pack 1for SharePoint  2013 
 
Solution: Please follow the below steps to resolve the issue.
The workflow upgrade issue requires that STS and OServer patches are at the same version.

Here is the security update which you will need to install.

Update 2880963 for SharePoint Server 2013: May 13, 2014

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2880963 

Restart information: You do not have to restart the computer after you install this update

  1. Hey i used your solution and it worked because I am not getting that error message again but im getting. "Something went wrong. To try again, reload page and then restart workflow"

  2. HI Thomas,Please re-start the Microsoft SharePoint Foundation Workflow Timer Service in manage services on server and check.

  3. Anil. I was having the issue described above. In addition all of my workflows had been put in a cancelled status. After this patch most returning to started, however some are still showing as cancelled. Do you have any idea what we can do?
